1. Pawpaw seeds
Pawpaw seeds contains carpaine, caricin, myrosin etc. These components and enzymes helps in killing the parasites. The seeds can be chewed or dried and added to honey or yoghurt.
2. Pineapple fruit
Bromelain enzyme present in pineapple fruits destroys tapeworms, the acidity of the pineapple also starve the worms by reducing the glucose they use, which makes them die eventually.
Garlic contains “allicin”, a broad antibiotic that kills parasites. Studies have also shown that chewing one or three cloves of garlic can destroy intestinal parasites.
4.Banana and lemon juice
